1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a trial or regular class through MalayalamTuition.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MalayalamTuition.com connects students and parents with experienced Malayalam tutors for online one-to-one and small-group tuition. All classes are conducted online via Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
3. Trial Classes
A free 30-minute trial class is offered to new students. The trial is subject to teacher availability. If a student does not attend the scheduled trial without 24 hours notice, the free trial may be forfeited.
4. Fees and Payment
Tuition fees are agreed between the parent and MalayalamTuition.com before regular classes begin. Fees are payable in advance of each week or month as agreed. All fees are non-refundable once a class has been attended, except in cases where the class was cancelled by the teacher.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a class with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be charged in full. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. Teachers will give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation and will offer a makeup session.
6. Conduct
Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and staff. Abusive, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour during sessions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Technical Requirements
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have a working device, stable internet connection, camera and microphone for each session. MalayalamTuition.com is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end that affect class delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, resources and content shared by tutors during sessions are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Materials may not be copied, distributed or resold without explicit written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
MalayalamTuition.com acts as a platform connecting students with tutors. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam results. Our liability is limited to the value of the classes directly in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
