Cancellation Policy
We want to be fair to both students and teachers. This policy sets out clear guidelines for cancelling, rescheduling and refunds for online Malayalam tuition sessions.
Student Cancellation with 24+ Hours Notice
You may cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. The session will be credited to your account and can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Student Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time may be charged in full. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us and we will consider the circumstances.
Student No-Show
If a student does not attend a session without any prior notice, the session will be charged in full. If this happens more than twice, continued enrolment may be reviewed.
Teacher Cancellation
If a teacher needs to cancel a session, they will give at least 24 hours notice wherever possible. A full makeup session will be arranged at no extra cost, or a credit will be applied.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. We try to accommodate flexible timing to suit families in different time zones. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 14 days of the original booking.
Refunds
Pre-paid sessions that have not yet been attended are eligible for a full refund upon request. Attended sessions are non-refundable. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant session.
